Financial Assistance
The Governor's Center for Local Government Services works to ensure that all of Pennsylvania's communities have the opportunity to prosper by overseeing a range of financial and strategic support programs. Whether you need help in developing intergovernmental cooperation ventures or assistance with financial recovery, the Center's local government experts can help. You can find out more about each of these programs on our funding & program finder.
The DCED provides many assistance programs for local governments to undertake special projects, or to provide for the needs of their communities. In addition to information regarding the Local Government Unit Debt Act, Community Planning, and the programs listed below, answers to questions may be found on the FAQ page.
